What you send

The forms collect your name, business, email, optional telephone number, location or service area, and the store or partner requirements you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or API keys.

Where the enquiry goes

Your submission is saved in Vaya Werk’s website enquiry inbox so the team can review it and contact you about your request. It is not an order, a payment, or acceptance into a reseller programme.

Contact and corrections

To correct an enquiry or ask for it to be removed, email web@vayawerk.com. Include your submission reference if you have it.

Separate setup services

The embedded POS API and Control Center forms submit directly to their respective Vaya Werk services. The website enquiry inbox does not collect the contents of those embedded forms.

Browser storage

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie protects access to the private enquiry inbox. Opening an embedded service connects your browser to that service, which may use its own cookies.
